Cancellation & Refund Policies

Kenya Tour Packages

Any non-refundable deposits paid to hotels or airline tickets purchased (with prior notification) will not be refunded.

Where no such deposits have been made, the following applies:

Cancellation prior to 60/90 days (depending on season) – only bank charges will be deducted.

Low Season

  • Less than 60 days: 25%
  • Less than 45 days: 50%
  • Less than 15 days: 100%
  • Beyond 60 days – Full refund except bank/service charges & non-refundable deposits

Peak Season

  • Less than 90 days: 25%
  • Less than 45 days: 50%
  • Less than 30 days: 100%
  • Beyond 90 days – Full refund except bank/service charges & non-refundable deposits

Europe, Far East, Middle East & Other International Packages

All cancellations must be made in writing at least 30 days before arrival and acknowledged by Travel Unbounded World Pvt Ltd.

FIT (up to 6 pax):

  • 21–8 days before arrival: 30%
  • 7–4 days before arrival: 50%
  • 3 days or less: 100%

GIT (7 pax or more):

  • 21–15 days before arrival: 50%
  • 14 days or less: 100%

✔ No-show = 100% charge

✔ Passenger reduction/date changes treated as cancellations

✔ All deposits are non-refundable

✔ Delayed payments may lead to service release

India Wildlife Tour Packages

Any non-refundable hotel deposits or airline tickets (if informed) remain non-refundable.

Low Season

  • Less than 90 days: 25%
  • Less than 60 days: 50%
  • Less than 45 days: 100%

Peak Season

  • Less than 120 days: 25%
  • Less than 90 days: 50%
  • Less than 60 days: 100%

India Leisure / Domestic Packages

  • Token amount is non-refundable
  • 45–30 days: 25% cancellation
  • 30–15 days: 50% cancellation
  • Less than 15 days: 100% cancellation
  • No refund for no-shows or blackout dates

General Policy

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@travelunbounded.com.

Eligibility

  • Request within permitted cancellation period
  • Service not availed
  • Compliance with product-specific terms

Non-Refundable

  • No-shows
  • Last-minute cancellations
  • Promotional or non-refundable bookings
  • Administrative or processing fees

Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

Force Majeure

Refunds due to natural disasters, pandemics, or political unrest are handled on a case-by-case basis.

“All bank charges are to be borne by the customer during payment and in case of cancellation.”
