The varied habitats offered by deep valleys ( locally known as Khoras ) and high hills ( locally known as Ballas ), is daunted with rivers and nallas having water all the year round in the ‘Dohs’. Covering an area of 1676.93-sq-km area, Melghat is an important biodiversity repository of Maharashtra. It is home to more than 750 plant species of 97 families, including 90 trees species, 66 shrubs species, 316 herbs species, 56 climbers, 23 sedges and 99 grass species and 73 tigers, the reserve houses 41 species of mammals, 260 species of birds, 24 species of fish and 160 species of reptiles.

Day 01:
Reach Nagpur on or before 9AM. Our representative with the vehicle would be waiting to receive you at the airport. Guests arriving by train are requested to arrive the previous night and stay over at Nagpur and join the others on Day 1 at the Nagpur airport. The drive from Nagpur to Shahnoor takes about 6 hours. You would be stopping for lunch enroute at a veg hotel. Reach the resort by 4PM. Settle in your allocated accommodations. The skipper would meet you all at the lawn to brief about the trip. Groups would then proceed for a interesting Night safari. Dinner and retire at the resort.
Day 02:
Wake up early at 5AM, proceed to the first jungle drive. Safaris would be done by gypys and other SUVs depending. There would be only 4 participants per vehicle to ensure every one gets a window seat for better views of the forests. The participants would be split into two groups and sent to two zones. This zones would be alternated for subsequent safaris. The safaris duration is for 4 hours both in the mornings and evenings. Morning break fast would be served inside the jungle. Lunch would be served at 1PM to 2PM. Afternoon safari would start at 2.30PM. Meet at 7PM to clear any doubts on photography and also share tips to your new friends!! Dinner and retire at the resort.
Though the tigers and leopards are very elusive , one stands a very good chance to sight them during the hot summers. They would be found generally near the water holes quenching their thirst. The other common mammals found here are the sloth bear, barking deers, wild dogs, wild boar, sambhar deers, cheetahs, Nilgai, Indian Gaur, Jackal and Indian fox. The mamas one can expect to sight during the night safaris are Ratel, Indian crested porcupine, Palm Civet and the sometimes the Pangolin.
The forests is home to a multitude of birds. The common ones are Black headed Oriole, Magpir Robin, Lapwings, Racket table drongo, Iora, Indian peafowl, Indian pitta ( found during the summers ), red jungle fowl, Indian grey hornbilll, Owls, Wood peckers, Cresent serpent eagle etc.
There are many reptiles which are rare but can be sighted on a lucky day!!
Day 03:
After a hot tea, proceed to the last safari inside the jungle. Check out at 11AM. Lunch enroute. Drop at Nagpur airport/ station. Return trains or flights from Nagpur to be on or after 8PM. End of tour.

Tour Highlights - We would be taking you on a journey to the jungles of India to sight this most adaptable animal of the wild. You would be traversing across the length of the country , enjoying its heritage, culture and biodiversity. This is a 10 nights 11 days trip and it is well spaced out for you immerse into the heritage and wild India.
Day 01:
Arrive in the blue city of Jodhpur. Mighty Mehrangarh, the muscular fort that towers over the Blue City of Jodhpur, is a magnificent spectacle and an architectural masterpiece. Around Mehrangarh’s base, the old city, a jumble of Brahmin-blue cubes, stretches out to the 10km-long, 16th-century city wall. The Blue City really is blue! Inside is a tangle of winding, glittering, medieval streets, which never seem to lead where you expect them to, scented by incense, roses and sewers, with shops and bazaars selling everything from trumpets and temple decorations to snuff and saris. After the city tour, head to the hotel for a much needed rest.
Day 02 (BLD):
After break fast head to Bera. Bera is a small hamlet situated in the Aravali ranger Rajasthan surrounded by lakes and dams. Bera another place to define the "Land of Leopards" an untouched land by the globetrotters. However, with a slow pace globetrotters are discovering this beauty on earth, speaking the wild chaos of the leopards. After lunch, take your first safari to sight these wonderful creatures on the rocks. Enjoy your evening at a camp fire during winters and dinner at the resort.
Day 03 (BLD):
Morning and Evening drives to sight the leopards. Witness how the villagers have been co-existing with the leopards for such a long time. Stay at the resort.
Day 04 (BLD):
After breakfast head to Ranthambore. It takes 9 hours to reach Ranthambore. Lunch would be en-route. Total at the resort.day is the day to relax. In summers one can dip in the pool. In winters, just relax your evenings at the camp fire with some very tasty Indian Tandoor food. Stay at the resort.
Day 05 (BLD):
Ranthambore is one of the most sought after destinations on the Earth. It boasts a very high density of tigers. The leopards here are very shy but are found generally sitting on a rock or on a tree. A leopard sighting at Ranthambore is definitely different from sighting a leopard in any other forests. This is because, these leopards have proved on how to live with its bigger cousin successfully. There have been some incidents of the leopards and tigers getting into a fight, but thesis a very rare sight. Enjoy the morning and evening drives inside the forest. Stay at the resort.
Day 06 (BLD):
One more day of morning and evening safaris inside the forests. Our trained naturalists and drivers will be tracking for the elusive leopard during the safaris. Tigers would be a bonus!! Stay at the resort.
Day 07 (BLD):
Wake up at leisure, after breakfast drive to Jaipur. It is known as the pink city because of its beautiful sandstone buildings. It is the capital of Rajasthan and it is one of the most beautiful cities of the World. Jaipur holds the distinction of being the first planned city of India. Renowned globally for its coloured gems, the capital city of Rajasthan combines the allure of its ancient history with all the advantages of a metropolis. We would freshen up at the hotel and head out for sight seeing. Dinner and retire at the hotel.
Day 08 (BLD):
After an early lunch , drive to Jhalana reserve. This little piece of forests just 2 hours from Jaipur packs a powerful punch with its very high leopard population. It is just 24 kms from Jaipur. Dinner and stay at Jaipur.
Day 09 (BLD):
Morning drive at Jhalana forests. After breakfast take the flight to Bangalore. Spend the day at pub hopping at Bangalore or visit the famous gardens of the city. Stay at Bangalore.
Day 10 (BLD):
After break fast, drive to Kabini. Kabini jungle lodges resorts is among the top 50 wildlife resorts in the world. The waterbody which adjoins the resort attracts huge herds of alphabets. The highest congress of Asiatic elephants happens at this place during summers. After noon safari in the jungle. Stay at the resort.
Day 11 (BLD):
Kabini is also known for its very high density of leopards. The highlight is there is a Blackpanther, one of the most elusive animal of the forests. The lucky ones will sight this magical animal. Kabini is also known as the leopard captial of India. It boasts one of the highest density of leopards. Enjoy morning and evening drive in the jungle.
Day 12 (BLD):
Wake up early to explore the boat ride into the forest. The Kabini reservoir is home to a multitude of water birds. One can sight the Osprey perched on the dead branches looking out to catch the unlucky fish. This is a favourite place for the river otters. They swim in large groups. After the evening drive, enjoy the wildlife movie at the resort. After breakfast , head to Bangalore. Drop at the airport. End of tour.

Pench National Park is situated in Seoni and Chhindwara districts of Madhya Pradesh in India. It derives its name from the Pench River that flows through the National park from north to south dividing the park into almost equal western and eastern halves- the well forested areas of Seoni and Chhindwara districts respectively.It was declared a sanctuary in 1977 but raised to the status of National park in 1983. Later it was established as Tiger Reserve area in 1992. Park is famous for water rafting, only national park. In year 2011 park won the Best Management Award.

Day 01:
Arrive at Nagpur on or before 9 AM. Our vehicles would be ready to pick you up and then drive to Pench. Check into the resort by 12 noon. Lunch is served at 1 PM. At 2.30, head to jungle to enjoy your first drive into the Pench wildlife sanctuary. After safari, we would have a ice breaker session with our Mentor. Dinner and rest at the resort. Most of the pench resorts are well maintained are tourists friendly.
Day 02:
Wake up early morning. Tea is served at a common place. Proceed to the morning drive into the jungle.Early mornings are pleasant and there are chances to get the glimpse of the Royal Bengal. Summers does get hot in Central India, so there one needs to carry Sun screen lotion and neck covers to protect from the Sun. Return to the resort after the morning drive for breakfast. We would have a small session by our Mentor on wildlife photography before lunch. After lunch, proceed to the afternoon safari. This evening, we would have a review of your pictures. Dinner and rest at the resort.
Day 03:
Wake up early as usual and after tea, proceed to the jungle safari. This being the last safari of the tour, one should concentrate to make the best use of it and make memorable pictures. After breakfast, check out and proceed to Nagpur to catch your respective flight back home.

Tajikistan’s Pamir Mountains are home to snow leopards, the scimitar-horned ibex, and the world’s largest wild sheep, the Marco Polo sheep (Ovis ammon poli), first described by the famous explorer of Central Asia. This tour is specially designed for our guests who want to sight the Ghost of the Hills at close quarters. Our trained guides will start to track these animals two months before our departure. his will enable our guests to click pictures from the day of arrival. The the hunting lodge where we would be staying is much more comfortable than the tents used at Kiber and Spiti.

Day 01 (January 13th, 2019) :
Airport pick-up and direct transfer to Zhigar hunting camp. The drive is very smooth and lasts 5 hours. Four 4x4 cars will be organized, 3 passengers per car. The first day usually consists of driving and adjusting to the host destination and will include hiking on nearby trails. Local guides will take our clients in small groups to an easy hike where they will collect camera traps. In the evening we will all together watch pictures from the camera traps to make sure in which valleys snow leopard is wondering around. This will give us great ideas where we should be heading out in search snow leopard in following days.
Day 02-05 (January 14th-January 18th):
Following 4 days we will track snow leopard!
Day 06 (January 19th):
Transfer to Dushanbe and guests will be dropped off at their hotels. A small tour of Dushanbe will be organized before going out for dinner.
Day 07 (January 20th):
Our guides will pick you up from the hotel and drive you to the airport. We will make sure each client goes through check process before we leave you at the airport.
ACCOMMODATION AT THE ZIGHAR HUNTING LODGE
We have two hunting lodges in Zighar Conservancy, which offers modest accommodation for toursit. We have both single bedrooms and shared bedrooms in our both lodges.

Options:Central Asia cousin offers a variety of foods: meat, rice-based dishes, different bbq and vegetarian options too. Here in our hunting lodge, we try to a variety of breakfast, lunch and dinner options. Usually, we ask also what are the preferences of our guests and try to accommodate their wishes with our offers. It would be great to know ahead what options our guests prefer meat or vegetarian!
