  • Zimbabwe is a beautiful country in Southern Africa that is known for its dramatic landscapes, its diverse wildlife and its hardworking people. Home to the Great Zimbabwe Monument, the mighty Victoria Falls and the majestic Eastern Highlands, the country also boasts of world class national parks in which a variety of animals, including the Big Five, can be found. The largest of these is the Hwange National Park.

  • Day 01 Victoria Falls :
    We arrive at Victoria falls on the first day from our respective countries. Our team would be ready to receive us and drive us to the resort near the falls. After a little rest and lunch, we proceed to the majestic Victoria falls to see her breath taking beauty at close quarters. The Sunsets are supposed to be the highlight at the falls. Sunset cruise cost would be an additional USD 52.00PP and is optional. Lets all check and enhance our landscape photography skills this evening. Dinner and retire at the resort.

    Day 02 Victoria Falls to Hwange :
    After the morning tea, we would again proceed to Victoria falls. Guests who want to take a tour of the falls can take at an additional cost of USD 52.00 pp. There are other adrelin rushing activities like bungee, white water rafting which the guests can opt for once they reach there. Others opting out if this would again get to shoot the falls from different directions. After breakfast, we proceed to Hwange national park by a small aircraft. Departure taxes are not included and must be paid in cash and in small denominations. Credit cards and travellers cheques are not accepted here. We would reach our camp by lunch time. After lunch we proceed to our first jungle safari in exclusive vehicles. The stay includes, all meals, park fees, laundry and local drinks. Premium brands and champagne are excluded would come at an additional cost.

    Day 03 - 05 Hwange :
    From Day 3 to Day 5 we would spend time venturing into the wild to take pictures of the animals on the park. Hyena, Jackal, Wild Dog are also all possible. Leopard there is a chance but less so due to the terrain of open space, but our guides do see them. Sable, Roan, Impala, Giraffe, Wildebeast, Zebra and birds of prey are also prominent. Cheetah are also quite prominent in Hwange at the moment. Lions are for sure!!! And in four days, we would be spending, there is a chance to witness the Lions trying to bring down a buffalo or a young elephant. Lions out here are known for these big game hunts. Time for us to nail them in action!!!

    Day 06 Hwange to Victoria Airport:
    Leaving to After maybe a quick walking tour to the water hole for our final pictures and sightings, we would be transfered to Victoria Airport to take our flights back to our respective destinations.

    • Any scheduled commercial flights and related taxes
    • Cancellation, baggage and medical insurance
    • Staff gratuities
    • Any new Government Taxes, levies, fuel or industry increases which are beyond our control
    • Visa fees where relevant. Should a visa payment be required, this will need to be made in US Dollar cash. Change is often not provided and thus the exact amounts payable are essential (with small denominations encouraged for easier and quicker transactions). Travellers Cheques and credit cards are not usually accepted for this purpose
    • Departure Taxes are excluded on all light aircraft transfers in Zambia and Zimbabwe. Applicable at manned airports only, these taxes are to be paid direct in cash on departure, unless included in your air ticket cost
    • All taxes are subject to change without prior notice
    • Zambia Airport Departure Taxes: may be paid in US Dollars or Kwacha, the local currency. Kwacha amounts may vary depending on the rate of exchange on the day – the below are guidelines only. Note that credit cards and Travellers Cheques are not accepted forms of payment for this purpose
    • On International flights: Departure Tax – US$ 30.00 per person; Security Tax – US$ 5.00 per person
    • Airport Infrastructure and Development Tax – US$ 10.00 per person
  • Passenger Safety Charge – US$ 10.00 per person.
  • On Domestic flights: Departure Tax – US$ 8.00 per person; Security Tax – US$ 3.00 per personAirport Infrastructure and Development Tax – US$ 5.00 per person and a Passenger
  • Safety Charge – US$ 5.00 per person.
  • Zimbabwe Airport Departure Taxes: paid in US Dollars only and in cash. Currently, and subject to change, these taxes are as follows:
  • On International flights: Departure Tax – US$ 35.00 per person; Aviation Infrastructural Development Fund – US$ 15.00 per person
  • On Domestic flights: Departure Tax – US$ 10.00 per person; Aviation Infrastructural Development Fund – US$ 5.00 per person
  • Ex Kariba Airport specifically: Departure Tax – US$ 15.00 per person.

  • Payment Terms

    • Indian nationals: 100% payment on or before 60 days of travel.
    • Foreign Nationals:100% payment on or before 90 days of travel.

    Cancellation Policy

    • 50% refund if cancelled before 50 days of travel.
    • 20% refund if cancelled 30 days before travel.
    • No refund if cancelled after above mentioned days.

    Additional terms

    • This tour requires a general fitness among individuals.
    • A medical certificate will be needed to be produced giving a basic stats of your vitals.Indeminity bond needs to be signed prior to the tour.

    • Beyond roads travel and photography Pvt. Ltd will not be responsible for any loss or theft. Although, it is advisable not to keep an eye out on a general note.
    • If you have any medical condition, it did be advisable to inform us about it. This ensures an extra care and support for you from our side.
    • Beyond roads travel and photography Pvt. Ltd can cancel any tours for any unseen or unfavourable conditions which can prove risky for you to travel there. In such a case, a full refund will be amde to you.
