    Best Time to visit

    Bhutan is best seen during Summers and springs. During autumn though, there can be a lot of leeches.

  • Day 01 :
    Arrive Phuntsholing. You will be welcomed by our Guide who will be waiting for your arrival. After border formalities are finished will visit one of the hotel for refreshment. Then will drive to Thimphu which is 6 hr drive from Phuntsholing. After reaching Thimphu we will check in to hotel and rest. In the evening, we go stroll in Thimphu town. Dinner and night halt in Thimphu.

    Day 02 :
    In the morning after breakfast, we will hike to Paro Taktsang which is one of the most popular monastery visited by the tourist. In the afternoon, we will visit Drugyel Dzong, a fortress which was built to commemorate a victory over Tibetan. Kichu Lhakhan, one of the oldest temple in Bhutan. In the evening, we will drive to Thimphu, capital of Bhutan. Dinner and overnight at Thimphu.

    Day 03 :
    In the morning after breakfast will visit Trashichho dzong, the beautiful fortress which houses most of the Government's office and King's Throne room. It is also the summer residence of Je Khenpo, the Chief Abbot, Memorial Chorten which was built by Her majesty Ashi Phuntsho Choden in memory of her late son His majesty Jigme Singye Wangchuk (the father of modern Bhutan) the third king of BHutan and Folk and Textile Heritage Museums, a fascinating testimony of Bhutan's living traditions and Handicraft emporium. In the afternoon, we will visit National Library, Indigenous hospital, The Painting School, where young monks learn the art of Buddhist thangkha. In the evening, we will hike to Wangditse where we can visit a temple and from there we can see whole Thimphu town. And on the way, we can visit mini zoo where you can see takin the national animal of Bhutan. Dinner at night halt at Thimphu.

    Day 04 :
    Punakha is a 4 hours drive from Thimphu. On the way, you will stop at Dochula (Altitude 3150m) and there you can see 108 Druk Wangyel Chorten. If you wish, we can stop for tea and snacks as there is a cafe. You will then drive down further through temperate forests into semitropical range of orange and cactuses. On the way, before you reach a junction of Punakha and Wangdiphodran you will see Chime Lhakang built by a famous divine mad monk, Drukpa Kinley. When you reach to Punakha you will see Punakha dzong built on the confluence of Phochu (Male River) and Mochu (Female River). Today, it is the winter residence of the Je- khenpho the chief abbot and also serves as the administration center of the Punakha district. Overnight at Punakha.

    Day 05 :
    After breakfast, we can start drive towards Wangduephodrang and visit Wangduephodrang Dzong and other site-seeing. After lunch, drive to one of the most beautiful vally of Phobjekha. Go explore and if it is winter season, you can see the black-necked crane, one of the rare species in world. Night halt at Phobjekha.

    Day 06 :
    After Breakfast, we will drive to Bumthang. On the way to Bumthang we will stop at Trongsa and visit Trongsa Dzong which is one of the most impressive dzong of Bhutan as it shows one of the most artistic and magnificent works of traditional Bhutanese architecture. We Will have lunch at Trongsa and after Lunch we will continue journey to Bumthang through Yotongla. Night halt at Bumthang.

    Day 07 :
    The day's visit with Jambay Lhakhang, which is one of the oldest temples in Bhutan built in 7th century, Kurjey Lhakhang, is named after the body print of Guru Rinpoche, Tamshing Lhakhang which was established by Terton Pema Lingpa in 1501 and is the most important Nyingma Goenpa in the country. After lunch, we will visit Jakar Dzong, castle of the white bird Mebertsho (Burning Lake) - This is a very sacred lake for Bhutanese people. Terton Pema Lingpa discovered several of Guru Rinpoche's hidden treasures from this lake. In the evening, stroll around in Bumthang town. Dinner and overnight stay at Bumthang.

    Day 08:
    After breakfast, we will drive to Mongar and on the way will pass through the beautiful village of Ura and also Thrumshing La the highest pass on this high way. The road passes through the forest of rhododendron, conifer and the forest of semi-tropical and subtropical. On this day, you will experience different climate; very cold Thrumshing La, very hot at Lingmethag one of the hottest part in east and moderate on reaching to Mongar. Night halt at Mongar.

    Day 09 :
    After breakfast, we will visit Mongar Dzong and after that will drive to Trashigang and on the way will pass through Kori La. Will pass through the scattered village and will also come across the people speaking different dilects compare to the western Bhutan. Lunch at Trashigang and then we will visit Trashigang Dzong and roam in Trashigang town. Night halt at Trashigang.

    Day 10 :
    An exciting day excursion will be arranged after breakfast. We will drive to Radhi which is one of the most popular village in east know for their silk textile work. IN winter, we can see pretty local girls weaving together outside the house. We Will visit Radhi Lhakhang and after Lunch we will drive back to Trashigang and on the way back we will visit Rangjung Wosel Choling Monastery. Night halt at Trashigang.

    Day 10: Drive to Phuntsholing for your next destination. Our guide and driver will bid you farewell and we wish you a safe and pleasant journey back home with wonderful memories for a lifetime.

    Day 11: Will take another day excursion to Trashiyangtse to see more of what we missed yesterday! After breakfast, we will drive towards Trashigangtse and on the way will visit Gomphu Kora. On reaching Trashiyangtse, we will visit Chorten Kora which is similar to the chorten Ja Rung Nepal. We Will have packed lunch and then explore Trashiyangtse town which hosts some of the unique buildings in this town with traditional architecture. After that will drive back to Trashigang and Night halt at Trashigang.

    Day 12: After breakfast will drive to Samdrupjongkhar and on the way will come across Sherubtse college which is the first college in Bhutan and in Khaling will make a stop and visit Khaling Handloom where young women are weaving. Pack lunch or have lunch from a local resturant. Dinner and Night halt at Samdrupjongkhar.

    Day 13: After the completion of the immigration formalities you will drive to Guwahati(India) by an Indian car. Our guide and driver will bid you fare well and your tours end here but not the love for Bhutan in your heart!

  • PER PERSON COST: INR 90,488 onwards.
    (Additional 9% of the tour cost would be charged as service tax).

  • Payment Terms

    • Indian nationals: 100% payment on or before 60 days of travel.
    • Foreign Nationals:100% payment on or before 90 days of travel.

    Cancellation Policy

    • 50% refund if cancelled before 50 days of travel.
    • 20% refund if cancelled 30 days before travel.
    • No refund if cancelled after above mentioned days.

    • This tour requires a general fitness among individuals.
    • A medical certificate will be needed to be produced giving a basic stats of your vitals.Indeminity bond needs to be signed prior to the tour.
