If you want to romance with the ruins, then head to Hampi and find yourself going back in time as you discover an ancient city of the famed Vijayanagara kingdom. Legends say that Hampi was once so rich that gold and precious stones were sold on the streets! Blessed by the river Tunga, there is nothing in Hampi that doesn't stay with you. All the delicate and intricate ruins have a story to say. You just need to listen. FInd yourself falling in love with the sunsets and all the strewn boulders which give Hampi its charm. Get mystified by all the ruins of a grand city that it once was. Come discover Hampi and all its fascinating stories!

    Bangalore. It is about 5 - 6 hours of journey from Bangalore. Hubli. It is 3 hours from Hampi. You get daily flights from Bangalore to Hubli.

  • Day 00 :
    Arrive at Hampi. We will pick you up from Hospet and drive you to your resort or if you have your own transportation you can reach the resort on your won! Reach the beautiful resort among the scenic boulders. Rest and relax after a long drive.

    Day 01 :
    Have a good breakfast and head out to romance the ruins. Start with Virupaksha temple, Hampi bazaar and then explore other ruined tamples like Vithala temple, the famous Stone chariot and the musical pillars. There are many beautiful stories of the ancient Vijayanagara Kingdom and the ruins all around stand as a testimony to that. Get lost in all the stories and facts! Have lunch at the famous Mango tree and head to Ugra Narasimha temple, Hazare rama temple, Krishna temple, Pushkarni and Hemkunta hill. Hampi sunsets are magical and these hills gives you a great view with sunlight bouncing off the boulders. Return to the resort and rest.

    Day 02 :
    Have and early breakfast and head off to walk along the river side of Tunga. Discover a hidden cave of Sugreeva from the Indian mythology Ramayana. Spend some time on the banks of Tunga and return to the main city for lunch. After luch we head off to see the Elephant stables and Mahanavami dibba. This spectacular structure used to serve as a stage for the king to witness all the Dasara celebrations in the olden times. After this we either hike up the Matanga hill to witness a birds eye view of the entire Hampi and see that famed sunset yet again and end the day or go back to the resort and rest.

    Day 03 :
    Visit the Anjanadri village after breakfast. Just laze around the old ancient village which was once the capital of Hampi. Have lunch in the hippie side of Hampi at Laughing Buddha and enjoy a quiet afternoon overlooking the bank of Tunga. In the evening, head to a large fresh water lake surrounded by the towering boulders. Spend a quiet evening taking coracle rides or just enjoy sitting on the sun kissed boulders and enjoy the wanning sun and peaceful waters. (You can swim in the lake, but under the strict supervision of the guide. The bravehearts can dive into the waters from above!).

    Day 04 :
    Wake up to a lazy morning and have a good breakfast before checking out. Drive back to Bangalore with memories of having been to the most amazing place rich in heritage and countless stories! End of tour.

  • PER PERSON COST: INR 10,358 /- onwards.
    (Additional 9% of the tour cost would be charged as service tax).

  • Payment Terms

    • Indian nationals: 100% payment on or before 60 days of travel.
    • Foreign Nationals:100% payment on or before 90 days of travel.

    Cancellation Policy

    • 50% refund if cancelled before 50 days of travel.
    • 20% refund if cancelled 30 days before travel.
    • No refund if cancelled after above mentioned days.

    Additional terms

    • This tour requires a general fitness among individuals.
    • A medical certificate will be needed to be produced giving a basic stats of your vitals.Indeminity bond needs to be signed prior to the tour.
