Arrive at Jabalpur around 1PM by a flight from Mumbai/ Delhi/ Hyd, or Katni by 7.30 PM, drive to Bandhavgarh and reach the resort at Dinner time. After soaking into the jungle like atmosphere here, retire for an early start next morning.

Wake up early morning for a hot tea. Proceed to the jungles of Bandhavgarh to sight the Tiger in its habitat. Enjoy the mouth watering Indian delicacies during the safaris. Villagers have set up stalls in-side the jungle to treat us with tea and refreshments. Continue the safari and return to the resort for breakfast. Rest for a while. Download the images taken that morning. Lunch would be served from1.00pm onwards. Afternoon safari at 2.30PM. Depending on the gate/zone, we would try to track the elusive cat and also capture the other animals. The evening light is magical at Bandhavgarh in the evenings, providing us a lot of opportunities to make very good pictures. Return to the resort. Get-together in the evenings for learning the tricks of wildlife photography. We would reviewing the imag-es of the day and try to improve our skills to make our picture better. Dinner and rest at the resort.
Guests traveling back by train from Katni, would have to leave Bandhavgarh by 20th May after safari and check into a hotel at Katni. ( at own cost , not included in the trip cost ) Gusts flying out of Jabalpur on 21st May, should get up early (like any safari day) to leave for Jabal-pur Airport by 4AM to take the flights to your final destinations.

Tajikistan’s Pamir Mountains are home to snow leopards, the scimitar-horned ibex, and the world’s largest wild sheep, the Marco Polo sheep (Ovis ammon poli), first described by the famous explorer of Central Asia. This tour is specially designed for our guests who want to sight the Ghost of the Hills at close quarters. Our trained guides will start to track these animals two months before our departure. his will enable our guests to click pictures from the day of arrival. The the hunting lodge where we would be staying is much more comfortable than the tents used at Kiber and Spiti.

Day 01 (Feb 15th, 2020) :
Airport pick-up and direct transfer to Zhigar hunting camp. The drive is very smooth and lasts 5 hours. Four 4x4 cars will be organized, 3 passengers per car. The first day usually consists of driving and adjusting to the host destination and will include hiking on nearby trails. Local guides will take our clients in small groups to an easy hike where they will collect camera traps. In the evening we will all together watch pictures from the camera traps to make sure in which valleys snow leopard is wondering around. This will give us great ideas where we should be heading out in search snow leopard in following days.
Day 02-05 (Feb 16th-19th):
Following 4 days we will track snow leopard!
Day 06 (Feb 20th):
Transfer to Dushanbe and guests will be dropped off at their hotels. A small tour of Dushanbe will be organized before going out for dinner.
Day 07 (Feb 21st):
Our guides will pick you up from the hotel and drive you to the airport. We will make sure each client goes through check process before we leave you at the airport.
ACCOMMODATION AT THE ZIGHAR HUNTING LODGE
We have two hunting lodges in Zighar Conservancy, which offers modest accommodation for toursit. We have both single bedrooms and shared bedrooms in our both lodges.
Options:Central Asia cousin offers a variety of foods: meat, rice-based dishes, different bbq and vegetarian options too. Here in our hunting lodge, we try to a variety of breakfast, lunch and dinner options. Usually, we ask also what are the preferences of our guests and try to accommodate their wishes with our offers. It would be great to know ahead what options our guests prefer meat or vegetarian!

There are seven inter-connected lakes here and hence the name Sat-tal which means seven lakes in local language. It has 500 species of resident and migratory birds, 20 species of mammals, over 525 species of butterflies and over 11,000 species of moths, beetles, bugs and other insects. The flora covers a wide and diverse range of plants ranging from Bryophytes, orchids, rare climbing plants, ferns, lichens, fungi, medicinal herbs and shrubs. Day 01 :
Arrive at Kathgodam railway station around 11AM by a train from Delhi. Drive through the scenic hills and beautiful vistas to reach our resort at Pangot for lunch. Spend the afternoon soaking into the hill station atmosphere here, go for short walks or spend a couple of hours birding in and around the resort. Sun sets pretty quickly here and is also spectacular from various view points. We retire after dinner and a short discussion on our plan for next morning.
Day 02 :
Enjoy the morning and evening drives/walks for birding with expert guides. Meet in the evening for some Learnings, knowledge sharing and/or image reviews. More details on this once we get there.
Day 03/04 :
We start very early this morning and will look for Kokolas, Cheer and Khalij pheasants. We will get back to our resort after having breakfast at a high point with view of snow clad mountains. We checkout around 12 noon and drive to Sattal with lunch on the way.. We go on a birding trail this evening at Sattal.
Day 05 :
This will be our last birding session of the trip. We start early and get on different trails as two groups depending on our target list. We get to Kathgodam to catch our night train to Delhi. End of tour.

Travel to “Land of the Tiger” where Tigers like "Lady of the Lake" ruled for over 15 years. Arrive at jaipur around 6PM by your respective flights from Mumbai, Delhi or Bangalore.Drive to Sawai Madhopur and reach the resort at Dinner time. After enjoying a sumptuous dinner, retire for an early start next morning.
Enjoy the morning and evening drives in the forests of Ranthambore . We might visit the famous Black Buck, Devpura sanctuary on Day 2 with packed breakfast.
Devpura is 14 km from Sawai Madhopur Where black buck abound, is not far from Surwal villages. Interestingly, black buck are almost never seen inside the Ranthambore Tiger reserve due to their preference for open spaces to jungles along with this trip you can get closer meet with the villages cultural.
Meet in the evening for discussions on photography. Ranthambore allows for zone change for each vehicle at an extra charge. Any zone change will be discussed with each guest and will be done based on their consent. The total spend on zone change will be collected on the last day basis equal split per guest.
Wake up as usual at 5AM and go for our last drive into the jungle for this tour to bid god bye to the King. Return to the resort for a sumptuous breakfast, pack up and return to Jaipur with a life time memories of the trip.
